Create a recovery Drive in WIN8/10
- USB flash drive with at least 250mb of space
- Windows 8 or 10
Note: It is advised that you back up the contents in the flash drive because it will be formatted.
- Press WIN+F to open the windows charm. In Windows 10, you will search on the Start Menu.
- Type "Create a recovery drive", then click on the option that shows
- Follow the dialog window that shows up. Select the disk you wish to use if multiple disks are plugged in
Then click "Create". Your recovery disk is now ready.
