what if it is not delivering to mutiple people? about 50% of the messages I have sent to different people have been delivered but the rest are still on sent

Bah. I know someone who is going through a really tough time. She ignored me when I asked her if she’s okay… and it’s just said sent for a week now… I assumed she just hadn’t looked at it… you’re telling me there’s no way to know if she’s looked at it or not?
