My messages are not going through on Tinder

This may be temporary so I would suggest trying again at a later time. Just make sure you have a strong internet connection.

I lost all my Tinder Matches!

This may be temporary, so please try again at a later time. If the issue persists, try logging out and logging back in.

Tap the profile icon at the top of the main screen > Settings > Logout. As long as you haven’t accidentally deleted your account you should be fine!

Note: If only one or two of your Matches disappeared, they either unmatched you or deleted their account.

How do I undo my last swipe?

Only Tinder Plus and Tinder Gold subscribers can Rewind their last swipe. To subscribe, tap the profile icon at the top of the main screen > Settings > Get Tinder Plus or Tinder Gold.

One of my Matches disappeared.

When your match disappears, there are two reasons for that.

  1. Your match intentionally unmatches you or
  2. Your match deleted their Tinder account

You can try to logout and login again to refresh your Tinder account.

I can’t upload photos.

If you are having trouble uploading a photo from Facebook, make sure your pictures are in a public album or at least visible to your friends (not you only). You can also try moving the pictures to a different album on Facebook.

If you are having trouble uploading a photo from your phone, make sure Tinder can access your photos. If you denied Tinder access to your photos, go to ‘Settings’ on your phone, find ‘Tinder,’ and enable photo access.

Make sure that you have a stronger network to upload a photo to Tinder. If your network is strong but could not upload a photo, it may be that your photo has a bigger size (more than 2MB).

The best thing to do is crop the image or automatically resize it to reduce the size to at most 100KB.

If the issue persists, please try again later. For more troubleshooting, check the Tinder site

  1. Someone hacked me and put an inappropriate picture on my profile, which caused the account to be deleted, and now Tinder won’t allow me to set up an account. “Oops…there seems to be a problem”
