Yesterday, I tried all i could to grab the MTN wow weekend data bonus but i was not pitied. MTNN had promised to dash free weekend data on recharges from N200 and above. Last two weeks i was given 1GB of data but it was 100MB although i recharged N500. In other to get 1GB of data, I had to walk around the nearby recharge card retail stores just to buy N1000 worth of airtime. Yet there was no free data.

I was not happy because i was not giving what i was promised for. Not only that, i quickly checked MTN website where they earlier posted about the MTN wow weekend data promo but it returned ERROR 404. i.e Page not found. It is apparently that they have just deleted what they post. Could it be that most people opted to benefit from this awoof since the offer is valid for 3 days.

MTN Wow Weekend Data not working?

Why do i write this? As a writer, i learn how people react over challenges through search queries. If you have gone through this dissatisfaction by your network provider over their promo, you might not be alone.

I overheard someone saying that “I called MTN customer care but they told that their wow weekend data is not available this weekend”. Now, if this is so there would have been no need for them to delete their earlier post.

Update: MTN WOW WEEKEND DATA seem to work on every two weeks. You will be notified whenever the promo is available.
