How to Cancel Tinder Plus Subscription on Android

Looking for a way to cancel Tinder Plus subscription on your Android? Cancelling your Tinder Plus or Tinder Gold subscription is to avoid being charged in the future.

In this guide we have outline the steps to cancel Tinder subscription. This method works on both Tinder Plus and Tinder Gold.

Even after canceling your Tinder subscription before the expiration date, you will still be able to use Tinder Plus or Tinder Gold for the remaining days. You can still subscribe later to any of the plans later.

NOTICE

Please note that cancelling Tinder subscription will not in any way refund you even when you are cancelling few days after your subscription.

For Android users, deleting the app does not unsubscribe you from Tinder Plus or Tinder Gold as long as you subscribed using Google Play store.

  1. Open the Google Play Store app.
  2. Search for Tinder and select Tinder in your search results.
  3. Select Cancel or Unsubscribe.
  4. Confirm.

If you’re having trouble canceling your Tinder Plus subscription on your Android, please make sure you’re signed in to Play store using the same email that you initially used to subscribe to Tinder Plus.

How to request Tinder subscription refund on Android

There are two conditions to getting refund on Tinder subscription. They are

  • If it’s been less than 48 hours since you were charged for the subscription or
  • If it’s been more than 48 hours since you were charged.

If your subscription is more than 48 hours old, then you need to contact Tinder support. Make sure to have your Google Play order number or transaction ID. You can find this number in your Google Play email receipt.
